朱昌河水库大坝碾压混凝土浇筑温控关键技术 被引量:2

摘要 贵州盘县朱昌河水库工程区域属亚热带夏湿春干温暖气候,冬无严寒夏无酷暑,适宜坝体碾压混凝土全年浇筑。然而,该区域夏季阳光直射升温明显,暴晒环境下气温能达到35℃左右;冬季温度相对适宜,但可能遇到极短时间的凝冻天气。在该区域如需保证碾压混凝土全年浇筑,也需要制定合理的温控措施。通过有效控制机口混凝土温度、控制初凝时间、分块分仓及层厚控制、混凝土运输遮盖、斜层快速铺筑工艺、仓面喷雾保湿降温和浇筑后分期通水冷却及覆盖喷淋洒水养护管理等关键温控措施,合理有效地保障了高低温时段大坝碾压混凝土的浇筑质量。 Zhuchanghe Reservoir Project in Panxian County, Guizhou Province, has a subtropical dry and warm climate in summer, wet and dry in spring, with no severe cold in winter and no severe heat in summer. It is suitable for the construction of RCC pouring of dam body throughout the year. However, direct sunshine warms up obviously in summer, and the temperature can reach about 35℃ in the exposure environment. The temperature in winter is relatively suitable, but it may encounter freezing weather for a very short period of time. Therefore, reasonable temperature control measures need to be formulated if RCC is to be poured throughout the year in this area. By effectively controlling the concrete temperature of the machine mouth, controlling the initial setting time, dividing the blocks and storages and controlling the thickness of the concrete, transporting the concrete, covering the slope, rapidly laying the inclined layer, storing the surface, spraying the moisture and cooling down, pouring the cooling water after the stages and covering the sprinkling and sprinkling and maintaining the water, the quality of the roller compacted concrete is guaranteed reasonably and effectively.
