抽水蓄能电站下导轴承检修工装制作

摘要 机械设计和制作及使用新技术是国家和相关行业重点推广之一,阐述某抽水蓄能电站下导轴承检修专用工装制作设计与应用。该平台在实际使用上对减少工作面交叉,减少时间以及减少人力资源的浪费,提高人机功效,加快施工速度等方面具有显著优势。 Mechanical design, manufacture and use of new technology is one of the key promotion of the country and related industries. This paper describes the manufacture design and application of the special tooling for the maintenance of the lower guide bearing of a pumped storage power station. In practical use, the platform has significant advantages in reducing the intersection of working faces, reducing the time and waste of human resources, improving the efficiency of human and machine, and accelerating the construction speed.
