无核紫葡萄干燥特性及葡萄酒酿造工艺研究

摘要 葡萄酒作为一种具有保健功能的高端酒,受到了世界范围内消费者们的广泛关注,同时也给行业发展提供了重要的发展空间。而将葡萄的热风干燥特性作为切入点展开研究,分析不同影响因素下葡萄的干燥特性与产品品质之间的关系,有助于围绕不同的指标来提升产品品质,获得更加优化的产品预处理方式。所以本文也以无核紫葡萄作为分析对象,借助模型分析结果进行说明。
