摘要 过去,冶金企业煤气安全事故时有发生,特别是在煤气回收过程因气体含量不合格发生可燃气体燃烧、爆炸事故,造成人员的伤亡和财产的重大损失.如何既能把控煤气回收的安全性,又能稳定炼钢转炉吨钢煤气回收率,煤气回收氧含量分析仪运行系统的安全应用迫在眉睫.萍乡萍钢安源钢铁有限公司在提高氧分析仪运行的准确性上做了大量工作,如炼钢转炉适当调低转炉烟罩高度和处理管道泄漏点、调整一次除尘三通阀和水封阀回收放散的转换时间等卓有成效的改进,确保了整个转炉煤气回收系统安全稳定运行,取得了吨钢煤气回收量140m3,达到全国优秀水平,获得了良好的经济效益. In the past, accidents of gas safety in metallurgical enterprises,especially in the process of gas recovery, combustion and explosion accidents of combustible gas were caused due to unqualified gas content, resulting in casualties and property losses.Since people may wonder how to control the safety of gas recovery, and stabilize the recovery rate of gas in the per ton steel of the steel converter in the same time, the safe application of analyzer for the oxygen content in gas recovery is imminent. Anyuan Steelmaking Plant, Fangda Group Pingxiang Steel Co., Ltd. has done a lot of work in improving the accuracy of oxygen analyzer, such as reducing the height of converter hood appropriately, dealing with pipeline leak point, adjusting the conversion time of three-way valve and water seal valve for primary dust removal, which ensure the safe and stable operation of the whole converter gas recovery system and achieve the excellently national level of 140 m3 gas recovery per ton, obtaining good economic benefits.
