大型空压机“一拖二”降补固态软起动改造 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了一起大型空压机由热变电阻降压起动改造为降补固态软起动的成功案例.改造后起动一次成功,彻底解决了以往空压机起动屡次失败、耽误生产的问题,并且电网波动小,对同一条线路上的其他设备基本没有干扰.改造采用“一拖二”方式,即用一套降补固态软起动装置带动两台12500kW电机,在一次性投入上大大节约了资金.在安装调试过程中解决了若干疑难问题,用轴流风扇检测回路接线的调试方法颇为新颖. This paper introduces a successful transformation of large-type air compressor start-up mode from voltage-reduced starting with thermal resistance into voltage-reduced compensation solid soft starting The successful start-up after modification thoroughly solved the problem of repeated start-up failure. Moreover, power network fluctuation was so small that other devices on the same line were basically not interfered. The transformation adopts the mode of "one-drive-two", that is,one set of voltage-reduced compensation solid soft starting device drives two 12 500 kW motors, which greatly saves funds in the one-time investment. In the process of installation and debugging, some difficult problems have been solved,and the debugging method of examining circuit connection with axial flow fan is quite novel.
