摘要
传统的电缆组件标注采用二维工程图示意的方式,所有标注信息没有结构化和数字化,标注信息与对象无关联,依靠设计人员手工标注,标注效率低,错误率高。本文通过分析电缆组件三维标注的相关要素,提出了一种电缆组件的三维标注方法,基于CATIA V6平台进行二次开发,实现电缆组件自动快速标注,支持标注批量编辑和更新,并自动输出包含工艺余量的全套制造物料数据。
The traditional cable component labeling is based on two-dimensional engineering graphics. All the labeling information is not structured and digitized. The labeling information is unrelated to the object. The labeling efficiency is low and the error rate is high by the designer’s manual labeling. In this paper, a method of three-dimensional labeling of cable components was proposed by analyzing the related elements of three-dimensional labeling of cable components. The method was developed based on CATIA V6 platform. It realized automatic and fast labeling of cable components, supported batch editing and updating of labeling, and automatically output a complete set of manufacturing material data including process margin.
