基于车铣复合的低压涡轮轴加工工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 低压涡轮轴是航空发动机的关键转动零件,发动机工作时,低压涡轮轴长期在交变载荷环境下工作,所以其结构复杂,材料多为高温合金、高强度钢等,具有切削性能差、加工周期长等特点。本文采用车铣复合机床来加工低压涡轮轴,与传统的低压涡轮轴加工工艺路线相比,其生产效率和加工质量明显提高,成本显著下降。 The low-pressure turbine shaft is the key rotating part of the aero-engine. When the engine is working, the low-pressure turbine shaft works under long-term alternating load environment. Therefore, its structure is complex,and the materials are mostly high-temperature alloys, high-strength steels, etc., which have the characteristics of poor cutting performance and long processing cycle. This paper used a turning and milling machine tool to machine the low pressure turbine shaft, Compared with the traditional low-pressure turbine shaft processing route, the production efficiency and processing quality were significantly improved, and the cost was significantly reduced.
