转炉炼钢检测仪表故障及维护研究

Research on Faults and Maintenance of Detecting Instruments for Converter Steelmaking

在转炉炼钢生产中,检测仪表是PLC系统的重要组成部分,检测仪表能实现对温度、压力、流量等数据的有效检测,并将这些数据传输给PLC系统,由PLC系统根据温度、压力、流量的数值调整运行方案。在实际运行过程中,由于检测仪表工作环境较为恶劣,对检测仪表的伤害较大,因此导致转炉炼钢的检测仪表容易发生故障。为此,本文主要分析转炉炼钢检测仪表常见的故障类型,并对其提出维护措施,以保证转炉炼钢检测仪表正常工作。

In the production of converter steelmaking, the detection instrument is an important part of the PLC system. The detection instrument can realize the effective detection of temperature, pressure, flow and other data, and transmit these data to the PLC system. The operation plan is adjusted by the PLC system according to the numerical value of temperature, pressure and flow. In the actual operation process, the detection instrument is prone to malfunction because of its bad working environment and great damage to the detection instrument. For this reason, this paper mainly analysed the common fault types of converter steelmaking test instruments, and put forward maintenance measures to ensure the normal operation of converter steelmaking test instruments.
