燃油加油机作弊手段及防作弊措施研究

随着我国经济消费需求和燃油价格的持续攀升,燃油加油机的计量准确与否已成为社会关注的焦点,其直接关系到消费者的切身利益,是民生计量的重要方面。根据原国家质量监督检验检疫总局计量司2009年和2012年开展的两次加油机专项计量监督检查的结果,为进一步减少计量作弊违法案件,本文结合燃油加油机使用中的具体案例,对燃油加油机常用作弊手段及针对性防作弊措施进行研究。

As China’s economic consumption demand and fuel prices continue to rise,measurement accuracy of fuel tanker has become the focus of social concern,because it is directly related to the consumer’s vital interests,and is an important aspect of livelihood measurement. According to the results of two special metering inspections conducted by the Metrology Department of the former General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine in 2009 and 2012,in order to further reduce the number of cases of fraudulent measurement, this paper combined the specific cases in the use of fuel tankers, and studied the commonly used fraud methods and targeted antifraud measures of fuel tankers.
