摘要
本文介绍了某电厂300MW级空冷机组情况及热负荷现状,并对各供热改造方案进行了分析和比选,推荐2#机组采用新型凝抽背技术进行供热改造。同时,对相关改造内容进行了说明,并测算了相关经济性指标。结果表明,改造后,机组供热能力提升明显,能够实现热电解耦,经济效益显著。因此,300MW级空冷机组采用新型凝抽背技术进行供热改造是可行的。
This paper introduced the situation and thermal load of 300 MW air cooling unit in a power plant, and analyzed and compared the various heating renovation schemes, and recommended that the 2# unit adopted a new NCB(extraction condensing back-pressure) technology for heating reform. At the same time, the related contents of the new NCB technology transformation were described, the economic indexes of the unit were also calculated. The results show that the heating capacity of the unit is improved obviously, thermoelectric decoupling can be realized and the economic benefit is remarkable. Therefore, it is feasible for 300 MW air cooling unit to adopt new NCB technology for heating retrofit.
