摘要 "十三五"计划对智能电网提出了新的要求。随着智能电网的发展,电力通信的发展进入了全新阶段。通信电源是通信系统的"心脏",必须保障通信电源安全有序运行,才能保证通信设备正常运行,进而保障电网的安全稳定。目前,电力通信设备使用的基本是-48V的直流电源系统,蓄电池作为通信直流系统的第二道屏障,其放电过程对通信设备的影响必须得予重视。 The 13 th five-year plan makes new requirements for smart grid. With the development of smart grid, the development of power communication has entered a new stage. Communication power supply is the "heart" of communication system. It is necessary to ensure the safe and orderly operation of communication power supply, so as to ensure the normal operation of communication equipment and the safety and stability of the power grid. At present, the basic power communication equipment is a-48v dc power supply system. As the second barrier of the communication dc system, the battery’s discharge process must be taken seriously.
