毫针配合火针对周围性面瘫的治疗作用研究

A study on treating peripheral facial paralysison by acupuncture plus fire needle

目的:探讨毫针配合火针对周围性面瘫的治疗作用。方法:采集我院于2016年1月-2018年7月收治的100例周围性面瘫患者。根据随机数字表分组,毫针组采纳毫针治疗,毫针+火针组则采纳毫针加火针治疗,比较两组效果。结果:毫针+火针组疗效、面神经功能好转时间、治愈所需的治疗次数、面部自主运动改善时间、周围性面瘫症状积分、面部神经功能相比较毫针组更好,P<0.05。毫针+火针组不良反应和毫针组无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:毫针加上火针治疗周围性面瘫的效果理想。

Objective: To investigate the effect of acupuncture plus fire needle on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The acupuncture group was treated by acupuncture, and the acupuncture plus fire needle group was treated by acupuncture plus fire needle. Results: The efficacy, the time of facial nerve function improvement, the number of treatments required for healing, the time of facial autonomic exercise improvement, the symptom score of peripheral facial paralysis and the facial nerve function in the acupuncture plus fire needle group were better than the acupuncture group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The effect of acupuncture plus fire needle on peripheral facial paralysis is good.
