摘要
目的:探析黄元御运用“一气周流”理论治疗泄泻的思想。方法:查阅文献法,结合临床验证。结果:黄元御从斡旋中焦、调整先天水火、轮转左右气机入手,运用“一气周流”理论治疗泄泻验之临床,疗效明显。结论:黄元御运用“一气周流”理论治疗泄泻的思想值得临床推广。
Objective: To analyze Huang Yuanyu’s idea of treating diarrhea with the theory of Yiqi Zhouliu (一气周流). Methods: The literature were reviewed and clinical validation was applied. Results: Huang Yuanyu started from Woxuan Zhongjiao (斡旋中焦), adjusted Xiantian Shuihuo (先天水火), and rotated Zuoyou Qiji (左右气机), and used the theory of Yiqi Zhouliu to treat diarrhea, and the curative effect was obvious. Conclusion: Huang Yuanyu’s theory of Yiqi Zhouliu to treat diarrhea is worthy of clinical promotion.
