补气固脱中药治疗不稳定型心绞痛虚寒证患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of Buqi Gutuo Chinese medicine on patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的:分析补气固脱中药治疗不稳定型心绞痛虚寒证患者的临床效果。方法:选取2017年11月-2018年11月本院收治80例不稳定型心绞痛虚寒证患者,将患者随机分为两组,对照组40例使用阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组40例使用补气固脱中药治疗,对两组患者临床疗效进行比较。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组77.50%(P<0.05);研究组患者心电图疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者心绞痛发作次数及持续时间指标分别为(2.55±1.88)次/周、(2.74±1.18)min,各指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补气固脱中药治疗不稳定型心绞痛虚寒证患者的临床效果显著,不仅能缓解患者临床症状,改善其心肌缺血状况,还能有效提高临床效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Buqi Gutuo Chinese medicine (补气固脱中药) on patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods: Eighty patients with unstable angina pectoris syndrome were enrolled in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin and 40 patients in the study group received Buqi Gutuo Chinese medicine, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.50%)(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The angina pectoris occurred in the study group, the number of times and duration were (2.55±1.88) times/week and (2.74±1.18) min respectively, and the indexes were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Buqi Gutuo Chinese medicine is significant on patients with unstable angina pectoris syndrome, it can not only relieve the clinical symptoms, promote the myocardial ischemia, but also effectively improve the clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
