中医综合护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的效果观察

Observation of the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with schizophrenia

目的:研析中医综合护理干预在精神分裂症中的运用成效。方法:择取2017年9月-2018年9月本院诊治的90例精神分裂症患者资料,45例接受基础护理的患者设对照组,45例接受中医综合护理的患者设研究组,比较两组PANSS评分与睡眠状况。结果:研究组阴性评分、阳性评分、PANSS总分(10.21±3.5)分、(16.51±4.27)分、(13.10±4.47)分比对照组低,比较差异显著具统计意义(P<0.05);ISI与PSQI评分(13.02±1.67)分、(6.21±1.30)分比对照组低,比较差异具统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者应用中医综合护理可改善睡眠质量与生存质量。

Objective: To analyze the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing intervention on schizophrenia. Methods: The data of 90 patients with schizophrenia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected. 45 patients with basic nursing care were enrolled in the control group, and 45 patients with comprehensive nursing care were as the the study group. PANSS scores and sleep status were compared between the two groups. Results: The negative scores, positive scores, PANSS scores (10.21±3.5),(16.51±4.27), and (13.10±4.47) in the study group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);ISI/PSQI score (13.02±1.67) and (6.21±1.30) of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of TCM comprehensive nursing in patients with schizophrenia could improve sleep quality and quality of life.
