加减双和散治疗心绞痛60例

Modified Shuanghe Powder in treating 60 cases of angina pectoris

目的:比较加减双和散与复方丹参滴丸治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年2月-2018年2月本院门诊的120例心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,在常规心绞痛治疗的基础上,分别加用加减双和散或复方丹参滴丸治疗。治疗三个月后,对两组临床疗效进行对比分析,比较心绞痛临床症状改善情况及血脂包括总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等指标。结果:观察组心绞痛症状改善总有效率(83.3%)明显高于对照组(78.30%)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血脂水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血脂水平较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.05),而治疗组血脂水平较对照组下降更加明显,且改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间复方丹参滴丸组出现胃肠道反应及心动过速、头晕等症状,经调整服药方式后不良反应消失。结论:加减双和散可治疗心绞痛临床效果显著,可显著降低患者血脂水平,较复方丹参滴丸更为明显,且不良反应少。同时能够调整心脏神经紊乱的作用,比复方丹参滴丸设计更加全面,在冠心病心绞痛发作不频繁的情况下,更适合预防、保健、治疗之用。

Objective: To compare the clinical effects of Shuanghe Powder (加减双和散) and compound Danshen Dripping Pills(复方丹参滴丸)in treating angina pectoris. Methods: 120 patients with angina pectoris from February 2015 to February 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 60 cases in each group. On the basis of routine angina pectoris treatment, they were treated with Modified Shuanghe Powder and Compound Danshen Dropping Pill respectively. After three months of treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The improvement of clinical symptoms and blood lipids including total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol were compared. Results: The total effective rate of angina symptoms improvement in the observation group (83.3%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.30%)(P < 0.05);before treatment, there was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the two groups (P > 0.05);after treatment, the blood lipid levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the blood lipid levels in treatment group were more significantly lower than those in the control group. And the improvement of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group (P < 0.05). During the treatment, gastrointestinal reaction, tachycardia, dizziness and other symptoms occurred in the compound Danshen dropping pill group, and the adverse reactions disappeared after adjusting the medication method. Conclusion: Modified Shuanghe Powder could treat angina pectoris with significant clinical effect, it could more significantly reduce blood lipid levels than compound Danshen dropping pills, and there were fewer adverse reactions. At the same time, it could adjust the function of cardiac nerve disorder more comprehensively than Danshen dropping pills. It was more suitable for the prevention, health care and treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris when the attack was not frequent.
