中西医结合治疗脑动脉瘤破裂后脑出血的临床疗效及并发症发生率影响观察

Clinical effect and complication incidence of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating cerebral hemorrhage after rupture of cerebral aneurysm

目的:探讨脑动脉瘤破裂后脑出血采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效及并发症发生率。方法:将我院2017年6月―2018年6月的脑动脉瘤破裂后脑出血患者60例进行分组研究,对照组30例给予血管栓塞术治疗,观察组30例行血管栓塞术配合中药治疗,对治疗效果、治疗前后NIHSS评分、PLT、PT、APTT、血肿体积、NDS评分以及并发症发生率进行分析。结果:观察组治疗效果、APTT相对于对照组较高,NIHSS评分、PLT、PT、血肿体积、NDS评分以及并发症发生率相对于对照组较低,P<0.05。结论:脑动脉瘤破裂后脑出血采用中西医结合治疗效果较好,可有效改善患者神经功能缺损状况,减少血肿体积,降低并发症发生率。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and complication rate of cerebral hemorrhage after rupture of cerebral aneurysm treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: From June 2017 to June 2018, 60 patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture after cerebral hemorrhage group were divided, 30 cases in the control group were treated with vascular embolization, the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and vascular embolization for the treatment, the treatment effect, NIHSS score before and after the treatment, PLT, PT, APTT, hematoma volume, NDS score and the incidence of complications were analyzed. Results: The therapeutic effect and APTT of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, NIHSS score, PLT, PT, hematoma volume, NDS score and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of cerebral hemorrhage after rupture of cerebral aneurysm with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine had a good effect, which could effectively relieve the neurological function defect of patients, reduce hematoma volume, and reduce the incidence of complications.
