脑出血急性期的中医护理效果评价

Evaluation of TCM nursing effect on cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage

目的:探讨分析脑出血急性期患者采取中医护理的措施及效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2018年11月我院的160例脑出血急性期患者作为研究对象,对80例急性期脑出血患者采取中医针对性护理的当做中医护理组即Ⅱ组,同时将其余80例采取常规护理的患者作为传统护理组即Ⅰ组,比较两组脑出血急性期患者的脑出血恢复情况和并发症发生率。结果:两组患者经过护理后均取得了一定的效果,Ⅱ组的总有效率为91.25%,高于对照Ⅰ组的71.25%,Ⅱ组的并发症发生率为3.75%低于对照的Ⅰ组13.75%,两组进行比较,所有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑出血急性期患者采取中医护理的措施具有良好的护理效果,可提高脑出血恢复的总有效率,并有助于减少并发症发生率。

Objective: To explore and analyze the measures and effects of TCM nursing for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 160 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects. 80 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were treated as group Ⅱ with traditional Chinese medicine nursing, while the other 80 patients treated with routine nursing were group Ⅰ. The recovery of cerebral hemorrhage and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: After nursing, both groups of patients achieved certain results. The total effective rate in group Ⅱ was 91.25%, which was higher than 71.25% in group I, and the incidence of complications in group Ⅱ was 3.75%, which was lower than 13.75% in group Ⅰ. There were significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: TCM nursing measures for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage have good nursing effect, it can improve the total effective rate of recovery of cerebral hemorrhage, and help to reduce the incidence of complications.
