消黄汤经验方和穴位按摩联合蓝光照射辨治湿热熏蒸型新生儿黄疸的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xiaohuang decoction and acupoint massage combined with blue light irradiation on the differentiation and treatment of damp-heat fumigation neonatal jaundice

目的:观察湿热熏蒸型新生儿黄疸应用消黄汤经验方、穴位按摩联合蓝光照射辨治的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年7月就诊于我院的124例黄疸新生患儿资料,分两组,每组62例,对照组行蓝光照射,观察组在对照组基础联合消黄汤经验方、穴位按摩治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效95.16%比对照组80.65%高(P<0.05);观察组发热(0.91±0.23)分、口干(0.74±0.23)分、身目俱黄(1.18±0.23)分、脘腹痞满(0.83±0.32)分比对照组积分低(P<0.05);观察组黄疸消退、胆红素恢复时间(4.31±1.52)d、(4.01±0.52)d比对照组短,且胆红素比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:湿热熏蒸型新生儿黄疸通过蓝光照射、消黄汤及穴位按摩联合辨治,有效加快黄疸消除,降低胆红素水平恢复至正常,改善症状、体征,提高疗效,且无明显不良反应,效果确切。

Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaohuang decoction(消黄汤)and acupoint massage combined with blue light irradiation on the differentiation and treatment of damp-heat fumigation neonatal jaundice. Methods: Data of 124 cases of jaundice newborn children admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected and divided into two groups, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with blue light irradiation, and the observation group was treated with Xiaohuang decoction and acupoint massage combined with blue light irradiation, and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: The total effective of the observation group was 95.16%, which was higher than that of the control group (80.65%)(P<0.05). The scores of fever (0.91±0.23), dry mouth (0.74±0.23), yellow body and eyes (1.18±0.23), epigastric rupians (0.83±0.32) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). In the observation group, jaundice regression, bilirubin recovery time (4.31±1.52)d,(4.01±0.52) d were shorter than those of the control group, and bilirubin was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiaohuang decoction and acupoint massage combined with blue light irradiation could effectively accelerate jaundice elimination, reduce bilirubin level back to normal, relieve symptoms, signs, improve the effect, and there was no obvious adverse reactions, the effect was accurate in the differentiation and treatment of damp-heat fumigation neonatal jaundice.
