自拟宜胃止痛抗幽汤辅助治疗Hp感染性胃脘痛的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of self-designed Yiwei Zhitong Kangyou decoction in the treatment of Hp infective epigastric pain

目的:探讨自拟宜胃止痛抗幽汤辅助治疗Hp感染性胃脘痛的可行性。方法:选取2018年1月―2018年10月于我院确诊的幽门螺杆菌感染性胃脘痛患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组30例和对照组30例,所有患者行抗Hp四联疗法,试验组在对照组的基础上口服自拟宜胃止痛抗幽汤进行辅助治疗。治疗2周后,观察对比两组患者的临床疗效,Hp清除率以及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组的临床总有效率为96.67%,远远优于对照组(70%),数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组Hp清除率为90%,对照组患者的Hp清除率为66.67%,试验组的效果要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不良反应发生率方面,试验组为3.33%远低于对照组的20%。结论:自拟宜胃止痛抗幽汤辅助治疗Hp感染性胃脘痛可有效增强临床疗效,缓解患者症状,提高Hp清除率,并且具有不良反应少,安全性高的优点。

Objective: To investigate the feasibility of self-designed Yiwei Zhitong Kangyou decoction (自拟宜胃止痛抗幽汤) in the treatment of Hp infective epigastric pain. Methods: Sixty patients with epigastric pain caused by helicobacter pylori infection confirmed in our hospital from January to October 2018 were selected and divided into the experimental group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases according to the random number table method. All patients were treated with anti-Hp four-combination therapy. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group was given oral self-designed Yiwei Zhitong Kangyou decoction as adjuvant treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, Hp clearance rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Result: The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%, which was far better than that of the control group (70%), the difference of data was statistically significant (P < 0.05);Hp clearance rate of the experimental group was 90%, and that of the control group of patients was 66.67%, the effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 3.33%, which was far lower than that of the control group, 20%. Conclusion: Self-designed Yiwei Zhitong Kangyou decoction could effectively enhance the clinical efficacy, relieve the symptoms of patients, improve the Hp clearance rate in the treatment of Hp infective epigastric pain, and it had the advantages of less adverse reactions and high safety.
