复方木尼孜其颗粒联合维生素C、维生素E治疗炎症后色素沉着的有效性分析

Effectiveness analysis of compound Muniziqi granules combined with vitamin C and vitamin E in treating pigmentation after inflammation

目的:复方木尼孜其颗粒联合维生素C、维生素E治疗炎症后色素沉着的有效性分析。方法:将选取我院自2016年1月-2017年1月收治的炎症后色素沉着的患者80例,将其随机分为两组,即对照组与研究组。其中对照组只采取使用口服维生素C、E进行治疗;研究组将采取使用复方木尼孜其颗粒并联合维生素C、维生素E进行治疗。观察两组经过不同的治疗方案后的治疗效果以及不良反应的发生情况。结果:研究组的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者的治疗效果(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应的发生情况明显低于对照组中的不良反应的发生情况(P<0.05)。结论:对炎症后色素沉着的患者采取使用复方木尼孜其颗粒并联合维生素C、维生素E进行治疗后,较之之前只采取使用复方木尼孜其颗粒的方法而言,治疗效果显著并且不良反应的发生有所减少。其治疗方法科学安全有效,值得在临床上大力推广使用。

Objective: To analyze the efficacy of compound Muniziqi granules(复方木尼孜其颗粒)combined with vitamin C and vitamin E in the treatment of pigmentation after inflammation. Methods: 80 patients with inflammatory pigmentation were randomly divided into two groups from January 2016 to January 2017: the control group and the research group. In the control group, only oral vitamin C and E were used for treatment. The research group received compound Muniziqi granules combined with vitamin C and vitamin E treatment. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results: The therapeutic effect of the study group was superior to that of control group (P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: After the treatment of patients with inflammatory pigmentation with compound Muniziqi granules combined with vitamin C and vitamin E, the treatment effect was significant and the occurrence of adverse reactions was reduced compared with the previous method of using only compound Muniziqi granules. The treatment method was scientifically safe and effective, and it was worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
