参葵汤对卵巢癌模型大鼠淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白及相关炎症因子的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评判参葵汤对卵巢癌模型大鼠淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白、相关炎症因子的影响。方法:利用随机平行方式,将我院在2017年11月-2018年11月所撷取的80只卵巢癌模型大鼠作为研究对象,分为研究组、参照组,每组均为40只。研究组经参葵汤治疗,参照组经顺铂治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果:研究组和参照组大鼠淋巴细胞(除C4+外)、免疫球蛋白、相关炎症因子检测情况相比较,P<0.05。结论:参葵汤在卵巢癌模型大鼠中应用,可直接影响到大鼠的淋巴细胞、免疫球蛋白、炎症因子水平。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of Shenkui Decoction (参葵汤)on lymphocyte, immunoglobulin and related inflammatory factors in ovarian cancer model rats. Methods: Eighty ovarian cancer model rats in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 40 rats in each group. The study group was treated with Shenkui Decoction and the control group was treated with cisplatin. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: The lymphocyte (except C4+), immunoglobulin and related inflammatory factors in the study group were compared with those in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The application of Shenkui Decoction in ovarian cancer model rats can directly affect the levels of lymphocyte, immunoglobulin and inflammatory factors in rats.
