倒悬推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者60例的临床观察

Clinical observation of inverted suspension massage therapy in treating 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation

目的:采用常规推拿及平牵组作为对照组,观察倒悬推拿疗法组(治疗组)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将符合本研究腰椎间盘突出症诊断的120例患者按1∶1随机分到常规推拿及平牵组(对照组)、倒悬推拿疗法组(治疗组)中,对照组采用常规推拿及平牵治疗,治疗组采用倒悬推拿疗法治疗,治疗两周后比较疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为81.67%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:倒悬推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the inverted suspended massage therapy (the treatment group) in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by using conventional massage and plain traction as the control group. Methods: 120 patients who met the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation in this study were randomly assigned to the conventional massage and platysma therapy group (the control group) and the inverted suspended massage therapy group (the treatment group) at 1:1. The control group was treated with conventional massage and platysma therapy. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, and that of the control group was 81.67%. Conclusion: The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with inverted suspended massage therapy was effective.
