中医湿热贴敷护理对肢体骨折术后肿胀及疼痛分析

Effect analysis of moist and heat sticking on swelling and pain in patients after limb fracture

目的:分析中医湿热贴敷护理对肢体骨折术后患者肿胀及疼痛的影响。方法:选取我院2016年12月-2017年12月收治的85例肢体骨折术后患者临床资料,按不同护理方法分为研究组(45例)与对照组(40例)。对照组行常规护理干预,研究组行中医湿热贴敷护理干预,比较两组术后肿胀情况以及护理前后的疼痛程度。结果:研究组术后部分消肿、完全消肿及住院时间;且研究组护理后24h、48h的VAS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医湿热贴敷护理运用于肢体骨折术后患者中,可加快消肿时间,有效降低患者疼痛程度,对患者术后康复具有促进作用。

Objective: To analyze the effect of moist heat and heat sticking on swelling and pain in patients after limb fracture. Methods: The clinical data of 85 patients with limb fractures admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were divided into the study group (45 cases) and the control group (40 cases) according to different nursing methods. The control group underwent routine nursing interventions. The study group was given the traditional Chinese medicine damp-heat patch nursing intervention. The postoperative swelling and the degree of pain before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: In the study group, the postoperative partial detumescence, total detumescence and hospital stay were significantly improved. The VAS scores of the study group at 24h and 48h after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Applying moist and heat sticking nursing to the postoperative patients with limb fractures could accelerate the swelling relief time, effectively reduce the degree of pain and promote the postoperative rehabilitation.
