健脾益肺汤联合西药治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Yifei decoction plus western medicine on asthma remission in children

目的:研究健脾益肺汤联合西药治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法:将2017年5月-2018年4月本院接收的哮喘缓解期患儿92例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例,前一组采取常规西药治疗,后一组实施西药联合健脾益肺汤治疗。结果:观察组哮喘缓解期患儿治疗后的哮喘发作次数为(0.72±0.31)次,少于对照组;症状积分为(2.01±0.94)分,低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的临床总有效率(95.65%)以及治疗后的第1s用力呼气肺容积(Forced ExpiratoryVolume,FEV1)为(155.57±58.36)L、最大呼气流量(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF)占正常预计正常值的百分比为(93.75±11.63)%,均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿哮喘缓解期采用健脾益肺汤联合西药治疗的效果较为理想,患儿的临床症状以及肺功能均得到了显著的改善,适合推广应用于临床中。

Objective:To study clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Yifei decoction(健脾益肺汤)plus western medicine on asthma remission in children.Methods:92 cases were divided into 2 groups,46 cases in each.One group was given conventional western medicine;and another group was given the Jianpi Yifei decoction.Results:After treatment,the number of asthma attacks was(0.72±0.31)times in the observation group,and less than the control group;the symptom score was(2.01±0.94)points in the observation group,which was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total clinical efficiency was 95.65%,FEV1 was(155.57±58.36)L,and PEF%was(93.75±11.63)%,which were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jianpi Yifei decoction plus western medicine on asthma remission in children shows good effects,and is worthy of promotion.
