益气养阴疏肝方在治疗心悸病患者中的应用及对患者每日发生心悸次数的影响

Efficacy of the Yiqi Yangyin Shugan prescription on heart palpitations and daily number of palpitations occur

目的:研究益气养阴疏肝方在治疗心悸病患者中的应用及对患者每日发生心悸次数的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月收治的134例心悸病患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和试验组,各67例。其中对照组患者给予常规西药进行治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用益气养阴疏肝方进行治疗。比较分析两组患者的治疗效果、心率、心电图表现和药物不良反应情况及治疗前后的每日发生心悸次数。结果:对照组和试验组患者治疗后的总有效率分别为86.57%和98.51%,比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后的总心率、平均心率明显高于对照组,S-T段压低数、S-T段压低程和T波改变数明显低于对照组,比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的每日发生心悸次数差异对比不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后其均明显下降,且试验组明显低于对照组,比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均未发生不良反应情况,均安全性较高。结论:应用益气养阴疏肝方对心悸病患者进行治疗,效果显著,明显改善患者的心率、心电图表现,降低每日发生心悸次数,且安全性较高,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Yiqi Yangyin Shugan prescription(益气养阴疏肝方)on heart palpitations and daily number of palpitations occur.Methods:134 patients were randomly divided into the control group and test group,67 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine,while the test group received the Yiqi Yangyin Shugan prescription more.In two groups,therapeutic effect,heart rate,electrocardiogram performance,adverse drug reactions and daily palpitations were compared between before and after treatment.Results:The efficiency in the control group was 86.57%,and 98.51%in the test group;the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Total heart rate and average heart rate in the test group were significantly higher than the control group.And the S-T segment depression,S-T segment depression and T wave were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of daily palpitations between groups before treatment.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The Yiqi Yangyin Shugan prescription on heare opalpitations shows significant effects,can significantly improve patient’s heart rate,ECG performance,reduces the number of palpitations per day,with high safety,and is worthy of application in clinical practice.
