经方治疗眩晕的临床体会

Clinical experience in treating vertigo with classical prescriptions

目的:阐述中医经方在六经辨证理论指导下治疗眩晕病的临床体会。方法:笔者通过选取近两年在临床上治疗的几例眩晕的病案进行分析,说明中医经方能从这一疾病的本质进行调整,从而达到治愈疾病的目的。结果:通过中医整体辨证,从疾病的根源去治疗,恢复升降失常的气机,调整脏腑,调和阴阳,驱邪而不伤正,在临床上治疗眩晕取得了很好的疗效。结论:中医经方通过整体辨证,治疗眩晕病优势突出,值得临床推广学习。

Objective:To expound the clinical experience in treating vertigo by syndrome differentiation.Methods:The author analyzed the cases of vertigo that were treated clinically in the past two years,indicating that TCM prescriptions can be adjusted from the essence of the disease to curing the disease.Results:According to TCM syndrome differentiation,treatment from the root of the disease,recovery of Qiji(气机),adjustment of Zangfu(脏腑)and Yinyang(阴阳)were effective on vertigo.Conclusion:TCM prescriptions was effective on vertigo,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
