三七全株毒理学分析进展

A review on toxicological analysis of Sanqi

三七是五加科多年生草本植物人参属三七的干燥根及根茎。除用于药用的根及根茎外,三七的部分茎、叶、花和果以及地下部分须根均有使用,但对于安全性确无依据。本文通过检索1986-2018年间收录在中国知网的有关三七全株毒理学相关试验报道及研究结果,对近年来三七全株毒理学进行总结,提出现阶段研究薄弱环节,寻找今后研究方向,旨在为三七的毒理学研究提供参考,使得三七能够被安全有效地推广于临床。

Sanqi(三七)is the dry root and rhizome of Renshen(人参).In addition to the roots and rhizomes applied for medicinal,some stems,leaves,flowers and fruits of Sanqi and underground roots also were applied,but there is no basis for safety.In this paper,we searched the toxicology-related test reports and research results of the Sanqi in China Knowledge Network from 1986 to 2018,and summarized the toxicology of Sanqi in recent years,and proposed the weak link in the emergence stage,to find future research.The direction is to provide reference for the toxicological research of Sanqi,so Sanqi can be safely and effectively promoted in the clinic.
