摘要
某电厂1089t/h循环流化床锅炉临修期间,发现锅炉两侧空预器积灰严重。通过试验分析负荷、床温、氧量对空预器入口SO3生成的影响。结果表明,SO3的生成量随着负荷的增加而增加;锅炉床温与有机硫的分解有直接关系,对SO3的生成有决定性的影响;合理的氧量可以抑制SO3的生成。根据试验结果,提出控制锅炉床温及入炉煤粒径、采用低氧分级燃烧、加强煤质管理等措施。对锅炉进行调整后,空预器堵灰问题得到解决,引风机电流减小,空预器前后差压明显下降。
During the temporary repair of a 1089 t/h CFB boiler in one power plant, air pre-heater clogging is found at both sides of the boiler. The effect of load, bed temperature and oxygen quantity on air pre-heater entrance SO3 is analyzed through experiment. The measures are put forward such as controlling bed temperature and coal particle size, using hypoxia grade combustion and managing coal quality. Air pre-heater clogging problem has been solved, and the current of induced draft fan is decreased after regulating the boiler.
