基于稳态仿真模型应用于城市供热系统的优化解列 被引量:1

摘要 针对城镇民用供热系统,存在逐年改造与扩建的情况,热网结构、水力工况频繁改变,热网运行方式需要作对应调整,通过对供热系统的建模与仿真计算,可以在计算机系统内模拟与推演物理供热系统的运行状态,能减少试错代价,并能快速获取热网优化的解列方式,指导热网的稳定运行。针对三河新源供热有限公司集中供热系统,在采暖季开始前,使用仿真软件对热网进行机理建模,并设定解列目标,选取供热系统多种运行解列方式进行仿真计算。结果表明,基于仿真软件计算结果,可以指导运行人员快速选出最优解列方案投入运行。经过采暖季的运行实践证明,通过仿真软件计算结果与实际运行结果相符,仿真计算的方式能显著提升热网运行的灵活性、均衡性与舒适性。 Urban heating network is a complex system which undergoes topological transformation and expansion every year.The structure and hydraulic conditions of the heating network change frequently.Therefore,the operation mode of the heating network needs to be adjusted accordingly.Through modeling of heating network,the running state of physical heating network can be captured by a simulation system,thus reducing the expense of trial and error in operation mode update.In the meanwhile,such method can obtain an optimal splitting scheme of heating network and ensures stable operation.Based on the heating system of SanHe Heating Company,this paper uses simulation tool to establish a mechanism-based model of heating network before the beginning of heating season by setting disaggregation target and testing a series of operation disaggregation schemes of heating network through simulation.The results show that it is possible to assist the operators to select the optimal hydraulic condition quickly based on the simulation results.The pilot testing in heating season shows that simulation results are consistent with the actual operation results,which can help to improve flexibility,balance and comfort of heating network operation.
