青岛蓝丰蓝莓表皮微生物分离与初步鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 蓝莓采收后极易受到微生物的侵染而腐烂变质,为明确蓝莓表皮微生物菌相,确定合理的保鲜方式,以青岛地区蓝丰蓝莓为例,对其表皮的微生物进行分离纯化,根据形态学及生理生化鉴定结果对分离得到的微生物进行初步鉴定。结果从蓝丰蓝莓表皮共分离出12株微生物,其中细菌4株,分别为志贺氏菌属、肠杆菌属、短芽孢杆菌属、普通变形菌属;霉菌8株,分别为黄曲霉、黑曲霉、杂色曲霉、圆弧青霉、交链孢霉、毛壳属、桔青霉、毛霉。 Blueberry was highly susceptible to microorganisms infection and decay after harvested. In order to determine reasonable preservation method of the fermentation broth,it is necessary to identify the species of blueberry epidermis microorganisms,Taking the lanfeng blueberry in Qingdao as an example,useing cultivate and separate and purify the microorganisms of blueberry epidermis. According to morphological observations and physiological and biochemical identification tests,the isolated microorganisms were initially identified. The results showed that 12 microorganisms were isolated from the blueberry epidermis,4 strains bacteria were Shigella,Enterobacter,Brevibacillus,Proteus vulgaris;and 8 strains of mold were Aspergillus flavus,Aspergillus niger,Aspergillus versicolor,Penicillium cyclopium,Alternaria Alternata,Chaetomium,and Penicillium citrinum,Mucorales.
