摘要
建立复方丁黄洗液的质量控制标准。以TLC对洗液中黄芩、大黄、黄柏、马齿苋等药材及丁香油进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC对复方丁黄洗液中主药黄芩中的黄芩苷进行定量测定。结果显示:薄层色谱法能准确鉴定出药材黄芩、大黄、黄柏、马齿苋及药品丁香油,黄芩苷在0.177—3.548mg/mL范围内线性良好,R2值为0.9999,平均加样回收率为101.30%(RSD%=1.05%);重复性好(RSD%=0.64%)。该方法可以准确对复方丁黄洗液进行定性、定量检测,可作为该洗液的质量控制标准。
To establish a quality control standard for compound Dinghuang lotion. TLC was used to qualitatively identify Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Rheum palmatum L.,Phellodendron chinense Schneid,Portulaca oleracea L.and Clove Oil in washing liquid. The HPLC was used to quantitatively determine baicalin in the main Chinese medicinal herbs Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi ,in compound Dinghuang lotion. Results showed TLC could accurately identify Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Rheum palmatum L.,Phellodendron chinense Schneid,Portulaca oleracea L.and Clove Oil . Baicalin was linear in the range of 0.177mg/ml-3.548 mg/mL,R 2 value was 0.9999,and the average recovery rate was 101.30%.(RSD%= 1.05%);repeatability (RSD%= 0.64%) was good. This method can accurately and qualitatively detect and can be used as the quality control standard for compound Dinghuang lotion.
