“卓越饲料工程师”培养中的教学改革探索与实践 被引量:2

摘要 随着2008年国家农业现代化战略的提出,畜牧饲料业向集约化、规模化、信息化、自动化、工程化等方向快速发展。“坚持立德树人,以全面提高人才培养能力为核心点,完善培养模式”是新时代的教育要求。笔者针对“饲料工程”人才的培养与行业需求严重不相适应的问题,总结了武汉轻工大学动物科学专业复合应用型卓越人才培养的举施和取得的成效。 With the introduction of the National Agricultural Modernization Strategy in 2008,animal husbandry and feed industry is developing rapidly towards intensive,scaled,informatization,automated,engineering and other directions.‘To adhere to strengthen morality education and to perfect the training mode by taking improving all roundly the ability of training talents as the core’ is the educational requirements of the new age. This article aims at the problem that the quality of ‘feed engineering’ talents is not fit seriously for the feed industry demand,to summarize the achievements of training composite applied outstanding animal science professionals in our university .
