摘要
目前我国的文化体制改革仍在进行之中,国有文化企业在体制制度和经营管理方面还存在不少问题,其传播社会文化、繁荣文化市场的重要作用仍有待进一步加强。面对互联网时代文化企业之间的激烈竞争,国有文化企业必须积极转型发展,以优质的产品和先进的经营管理策略为核心竞争力,赢得文化产业领域的精神文化主导地位和相应的市场份额,从而实现社会效益和经济效益的统一。
At present, China's cultural system reform is still in progress. There are many problems in the system and management of state-owned cultural enterprises, and their important roles in spreading social culture and prospering cultural market need to be further strengthened. Faced with the fierce competition among cultural enterprises in Internet environment, state-owned cultural enterprises must actively transform and develop themselves, take high-quality products and advanced management strategies as their core competitiveness, win the dominant position of spiritual culture and the corresponding market share in the field of cultural industry, and realize the unity of social and economic benefits.
