舟山500 kV西堠门大跨越直升机牵放导引绳施工技术研究与应用

Technical Research and Application of Guide Rope Towing of Xihoumen Long Span by Helicopter in 500 kV Zhoushan Transmission and Transformation Project

使用直升机进行输电线路导引绳展放施工,具有施工效率高、环保效应好、适应性强、节约人力等优点。舟山500kV联网输变电工程西堠门大跨越是目前世界上应用直升机牵放导引绳的最大跨海工程。通过对直升机进行大跨越钢引绳牵放施工技术的研究,开发了用于直升机牵放钢导引绳的配套专用机具,实现海岛复杂地段的多档、连续、快速牵放钢导引绳施工以及大跨越不封航架线施工,大幅度提升输电线路机械化施工的水平,优化架线施工流程,为直升机规模化应用起到良好的示范效应。

Guide rope towing of transmission lines by helicopter has the advantages of high construction efficiency,good environmental protection effect,strong adaptability and manpower saving. The large span of Xihoumen in Zhoushan 500 kV interconnected power transmission and transformation project is the worldwide largest cross-sea project in which helicopter is employed for guide rope towing. Through the research on the application of helicopter in the construction technology of large-span steel guide rope towing,special implements for steel guide rope towing of helicopter are developed for multi-span,continuous and fast towing construction in complex areas on the island,by which mechanized construction of transmission lines is greatly improved,the construction process of overhead lines is optimized,and demonstration effect of large-scale application of helicopters is brought.
