摘要
根据液压油的受热膨胀和受压压缩的特性,探讨在自锁回路中,随生产时设备温度升高造成液压系统压力过载的现象,对安钢1550mm五机架冷轧轧机的中压液压系统中管道压力自发升高并过载的现象进行理论分析,并提出了可行的技术改进方案.
This paper introduces the theory about the expansion caused by heat of hydraulic oil and the Compressibility under high pressure. It indicates that self-locking circuit hydraulic system will be overloading as the device temperature increases after the cold mill start. It gives an example of 1 550 mm PL-TCM in AN Yang iron and steel company and proposes a practicable solution for the self-locking circuit overloading fault.
