基于SWOT的广东“非大湾区”体育产业发展研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Sports Industry in Guangdong “Non-Dawan District” Based on SWOT

采用SWOT分析法,对广东“非大湾区”体育产业发展进行研究.结果表明:优势为区位优势相对明显、体育产业战略性地位确立、劳力资源向好发展;劣势为经济实力制约、地方产业结构非均衡、人力资源匮乏;机会为地域赛事品牌打造良机、全民健身形成链条体系、居民消费活力提升;威胁为大湾区吸金能力的威胁、大湾区政策环境的压制.积极助推引导,激发市场活力;优化产业结构,促进创新驱动;加大人才培养力度,积极提升“软实力”;完善基础体育设施,积极承办赛事活动等有助于广东“非大湾区”体育产业的进一步发展.

The SWOT analysis method was used to study the development of sports industry in Guangdong “non-Dawan District”. The main results show the location advantage is relatively obvious, the strategic position of the sports industry is established, and the labor resources are developing well;the disadvantage is the restriction of economic strength, the imbalance of local industrial structure, and the lack of human resources;the opportunity to create a good opportunity for regional competitive brands and the formation of national fitness, or the chain system and the energy consumption of residents have increased;the big problem is the ability to raise funds and the suppression of the policy environment in the Dawan District. Suggestions are as follows: Actively promote guidance, stimulate market vitality;optimize industrial structure and promote innovation drive;increase talent training, actively improve “soft power”;improve basic sports facilities and actively undertake event activities.
