美洲商陆根系提取物对绿盲蝽毒杀效果的研究

摘要 随着转基因棉花的推广,绿盲蝽Apolygus lucorum已成为我国棉花生产中的重要害虫。采用乙醇对美洲商陆Phytolacca Americana根系冷凝回流提取,使用不同极性的溶剂对乙醇提取物进行萃取,并采用玻璃管药膜法评价不同萃取物对绿盲蝽生命活动的影响。由结果可知,美洲商陆根系提取物对绿盲蝽具有一定的杀虫活性,且这一活性是由数种物质共同作用的结果。 The commercialization of Bt cotton has gradually made Apolygus lucorum becoming one of the most important insect pests in cotton regions in China.In this study,ethanol was used for the condensation and reflux extraction of Phytolacca Americana roots,and then successively extracted with solvents of different polarity.The effects of different extracts on the life activities of the Apolygus Lucorum were evaluated by glass-vial bioassay.We found that the extracts from root of Phytolacca Americana showed relatively high toxicity activity to Apolygus Lucorum and we also believed some insecticidal substances together formed toxicity activity.
