长三角居民的消费行为对雾霾影响分析及政策干预研究

The Influence and Policy Interventions of Residents’ Consumption Behavior on Haze in the Yangtze River Delta

近年,国内多发雾霾天气已经造成生活生产的严重阻碍和巨大经济损失。长三角城市群是我国划定的大气污染重点防治区域之一,但雾霾仍是频频爆发。以2006—2016年间长三角三省一市共计26座城市为样本,从居民消费数量、消费质量、消费结构角度选取自变量并采用逐步回归法得出城市常住人口、城市人均可支配收入对雾霾具有显著负向影响,城市常住人口人均能源消费量、城市人口密度对雾霾具有显著正向影响。最后指出长三角城市群在治理上应考虑政府合理规划及居民主体参与。

In recent years,domestic frequent occurrence of haze weather has caused serious obstacles to life and production and huge economic losses.The Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is one of the key areas for air pollution prevention and control in China,while haze weather frequently erupts.Taking 26 cities in the Yangtze river delta during 2006-2016 and one city as study sample,based on the perspectives of residents consumption quantity,consumption quality,consumption structure,independent variables are selected and stepwise regression method is used.The results show that,urban resident population,urban per capita disposable income have significant negative influences on haze,urban resident population,energy consumption per capita,the density of urban population have significant positive influences on haze.Finally,it points out that the reasonable planning of the government and the participation of residents should be considered in the governance of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.
