摘要
以舟山嵊泗列岛为例,对国内知名旅游网站携程、马蜂窝以及新浪微博上的相关评论和游记进行搜集与整理作为网络文本数据,借助ROSTCM6软件提取游客体验感知的高频特征词,以游客自身视角,对嵊泗列岛游客的旅游体验进行深入探讨,分析国内小众海岛旅游产品存在的问题,提出建议与对策,并为小众海岛旅游管理的完善以及可持续发展提供理论依据。
With the increasing popularity of small island tourism in China, there are more and more social and ecological problems. Taking Shengsi Islands as an example, this paper collects and collates relevant comments and travel notes on Ctrip, Honeycomb which are well-known tourism websites in China, and Sina micro-blog as network text data, then extracts high-frequency features of tourists’ experience perception by using ROST Content Mining software, and makes a thorough discussion on tourists’ experience in Shengsi Islands from the Perspective of tourists themselves. In order to improve the quality of tourism and provide theoretical basis for the improvement of tourism management and sustainable development of Minority Islands, this paper puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for the problems existing in tourism products.
