尾矿回水管道内壁结垢堵塞研究与预测

摘要 针对尾矿回水管道内壁结垢现象,应用流体分析方法,对回水管道运行压力损失及几何标差计算。通过对管道堵塞现象的分析,应用局部水头损失计算公式对回水管道堵塞厚度进行预测,并构建其数学模型,为矿业公司尾矿回水管线维护提供有力保障。 To solve inner scaling of tailings backwater pipes, through application of fluid analysis method, calculation of operating pressure loss and geometric standard deviation is done for backwater pipes. Meanwhile,after analyzing the phenomenon of pipe blockage, the jamming thickness of backwater pipes is predicted by using local head loss calculation formula. And mathematical model is built, which provides powerful guarantee for maintenance of tailings backwater pipeline of mining company.
