摘要
间充质干细胞(MSCs)具有免疫调节及抗炎、抗凋亡、促进伤口愈合及组织修复、神经保护和神经营养、促血管生成等功能。目前临床上尚无有效治疗卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)、提高DOR患者生育力的方法。动物实验发现,MSCs升高DOR模型小鼠性激素水平,显著改善卵巢储备功能、提高生育能力。几个小样本临床研究表明,MSCs治疗可有效提高DOR患者的生殖能力,有望发展为DOR的新型疗法。本文综述MSCs治疗DOR的基础与临床研究进展,简要分析可能的机制,为临床DOR干细胞治疗提供参考。
Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have functions such as immune regulation,anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptotic,promotion of wound healing,neuroprotection and neurotrophic,and angiogenesis.There were currently no effective methods for treating diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)and improving fertility in patients with DOR.Animal experiments have found that mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)increase the level of sex hormones in DOR model mice,and significantly improve ovarian reserve function and fertility.Several clinical studies have shown that MSCs treatment can effectively improve the reproductive capacity of DOR patients,and it is expected to develop a new effective treatment for DOR.This paper reviews the advance of MSCs in treatment of DOR,and briefly analyzes the possible mechanisms to provide a reference for stem cells therapy.
