降低污水处理场出水总氮的技术研究

摘要 随着国家对企业外排水总氮的控制,某化工企业污水处理场结合自身的实际情况,在现有工艺基础上进行研究和技术改造,采用"三级厌氧反硝化"处理工艺,逐级处理含高总氮的生产废水,使其处理后的废水达到循环冷却水补水标准,同时也达到《2018年河南省废水重点排污单位总氮自动监控设施建设任务的通知》的标准并且进行回用。 As the state controls the total nitrogen in the wastewater discharged from an enterprise, a chemical enterprise s wastewater treatment plant, based on its own actual situation, has carried out research and technological transformation on the basis of the existing process. The “three - stage anaerobic denitrification” treatment process is adopted to treat the production wastewater containing high total nitrogen step by step, so that the treated wastewater can meet the replenishment standard of circulating cooling water. At the same time, it should also meet the standard of “Notice on the Construction Task of Total Nitrogen Automatic Monitoring Facilities for Key Sewage Dischargers in Henan Province in 2018” and be reused.
