连续处理可以应用到生产医药中间体和活性药物成分。与传统的使用间歇反应器的批次处理方法相比,使用体积较小的管状微反应器的连续处理可提供更好的传热和传质速率,更短的有害物质库存时间以及对化学反应的精确控制。这些因素将显著影响一个流程的安全性,产品质量和经济效益。近几年,越来越多的医药企业将连续处理作为一种新方法应用到医药中间体和活性药物成分的实际生产过程。
Continuous treatment can be applied to the production of pharmaceutical intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients. Compared with the conventional batch reactor batch processing method, the continuous treatment of a smaller volume of tubular micro reactor can provide better heat transfer and mass transfer rate, and the shorter the time of storage of hazardous substances and the precise control of chemical reaction. These factors will significantly affect the safety of a process, product quality and economic benefits. In recent years, more and more pharmaceutical companies have begun to use continuous treatment as a new method to apply to the actual production of pharmaceutical intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients.
