自我参照效应中“消失”的自我：基于格式塔的心物场观

Self disappearing in self-referential effect: Psychophysical field based on Gestalt

心物场指心理场和物理场,物理场是来自个体知觉的现实生活,而与此相对,个体产生出的一种观念或者是意识则形成了心理场。在知觉层面上两者是统一并且是相互作用的,心理场的核心是自我,物理场的核心是环境(刺激),自我和刺激同样存在着相互作用。从格式塔心物场观的角度来审视自我参照效应,发现以往相关理论只从刺激出发来探讨引发自我参照效应的心理机制,这突出了自我的被动性,而主动性的自我消失了。目前研究从自我和刺激的角度出发来探讨自我参照效应的心理机制,未来研究可从个体自我动机和刺激特征等多角度来解释自我参照效应,旨在为了体现心理学研究的目的和意义,即是一种物性和人性的统一。

Psychophysical field is psychological field and physics field. The physical field comes from the real life of people's perception. At the same time, a concept or consciousness generated by people forms a psychological field. On the perceptual level, the two are unified and interact. The core of the psychological field is the self, and the core of the physics field is the environment (stimulus), so there is also an interaction between the self and the stimulus. From the perspective of gestalt psychophysical field theory, it is found that previous theories only discussed the psychological mechanism of self-reference effect from the perspective of stimulus. It highlights the passivity of the self, and the active self disappears. At present, the psychological mechanism of self-reference effect is discussed from the perspective of self-motivation and stimulus. In the future, the self-reference effect can be explained from the perspective of individual self-motivation and the characteristics of stimulus, so as to reflect the purpose and significance of psychological research, that is, the unification of physical nature and human nature.
