品管圈在减少住院部药房退药中的应用

Application of quality control circle on reducing drug repercussion in inpatient pharmacy

目的:减少住院部药房退药现象,保证患者的用药安全,提升医院药学服务质量。方法:成立品管圈小组,找出住院部药房退药现象多的原因,应用各种品管手法,制定出相应的对策解决问题,比较品管圈活动前(2017年3月)及活动后(2017年8月)的有形成果和无形成果,评价活动效果。结果:通过品管圈的应用使住院部药房每月的退药例数从323例降低到151例,目标达标率是117.01%,改善幅度是53.25%。结论:品管圈活动的开展,可有效地减少住院部药房退药例数,保证患者用药安全,增强药师的团队意识,提高工作效率,提升医院的药学服务质量。

Objective:To reduce the phenomenon of drug repercussion in inpatient pharmacy,ensure the safety of drug use and improve the quality of hospital pharmaceutical service.Methods:Establish a quality control circle'group to find the cause of drug repercussion in inpatient pharmacy,apply various quality control means to formulate corresponding countermeasures.Compare tangible and intangible results before(March 2017)and after(August 2017)quality control circle's activities,and evaluate the effectiveness of activities.Results:Through the application of quality control circle,the number of drug repercussion cases per month in the inpatient pharmacy decreased from 323 to 151,the target compliance rate was 117.01%,and the improvement range was 53.25%.Conclusion:The development of quality control circle can effectively reduce the number of drug repercussion cases in inpatient pharmacy,ensure the safety of drug use,enhance pharmacist's team consciousness and work efficiency,and promote the quality of pharmaceutical services in hospitals.
