摘要 目的:探讨门诊分诊护理中开展品管圈(QCC)活动的效果。方法:回顾性研究医院门诊分诊护理,其中1550例实施常规分诊护理为常规组,1620例开展QCC活动为研究组,对比分析两组护理质量。结果:研究组患者候诊时间、分诊时间显著短于常规组(P<0.05),而分诊护理质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组患者分诊准确率护理满意度均高于常规组,其纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门诊分诊护理中开展QCC活动,有助于提升分诊护理效率和质量,提高分诊准确率,减少护理纠纷发生,为患者提供满意的分诊护理。 Objective:To analyze the quality of quality control circle(QCC)activities in outpatient clinics.Methods:Retrospective study of outpatient consultation and care,of which 1550 were routinely divided into routine group,and 1620 were conducted as QCC activities.The quality of care was compared between the two groups.Results:The waiting time and triage time of the study group were significantly shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the quality of the care quality of the triage was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the routine group,and the incidence of disputes was lower than that of the routine group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:QCC activities in outpatient clinics help to improve the efficiency and quality of triage care,improve the accuracy of triage,reduce the occurrence of nursing disputes,and provide patients with satisfactory triage care.
