止血夹联合喷洒治疗溃疡性上消化道出血效果研究

Effect of hemostatic clip combined with spraying on ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨在溃疡性上消化道出血患者中采用胃镜止血夹止血联合药物喷洒的临床效果。方法:选取68例溃疡性上消化道出血患者进行调查研究,随机数表法分为研究组(34例)和参照组(34例),其中给予单独胃镜止血夹止血的患者为参照组,给予胃镜止血夹止血联合药物喷洒治疗的患者为研究组,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果:研究组患者的止血时间、住院时间明显低于参照组,且研究组患者的再出血率和转手术率也明显低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在溃疡性上消化道出血患者的治疗中应用胃镜止血夹止血联合药物喷洒具有较好的临床效果,能够提高患者的康复速度,改善预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of gastroscopic hemostatic clip combined with drug spraying in patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:68 patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted were investigated.The random number table method was used in the study group(n=34)and the reference group(n=34).The patients treated with gastroscopic hemostatic clamp were the control group.The study group was treated with gastroscopic hemostasis combined with drug spray.The treatment effect of the two groups was improved.Line comparison.Result:The hemostasis time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the rebleeding rate and conversion rate of the study group were also significantly lower than those of the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of gastroscopic hemostatic clip combined with drug spraying in the treatment of ulcerative upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage has good clinical effect,can improve the recovery speed and prognosis of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
