探讨优化急诊护理流程对高血压脑出血患者抢救的效果

Exploring the effect of optimizing emergency nursing procedures on the rescue of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨优化急诊护理流程对高血压脑出血患者抢救效果的影响。方法:从医院收治高血压脑出血患者中抽取68例,将其随机分成两组:对照组34例患者接受基础护理,实验组34例患者接受优化急诊护理,评定两组患者的抢救结果。结果:实验组患者的分诊评估时间、静脉用药时间等指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组救治成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压脑出血患者抢救中实施优化急诊护理流程,可提高护理效果,降低病死率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of optimizing emergency nursing procedures on the rescue effect of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were enrolled in hospital.and they were randomly divided into two groups:34 patients in the control group underwent basic care and 34 patients in the experimental group.Optimize emergency care and assess the rescue results of the 2 groups.Results:The evaluation time of the triage and the time of intravenous administration in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of the experimental group,which was higher than that of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To optimize the emergency nursing process in the rescue of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can improve the nursing effect and reduce the mortality rate.
