对于神经外科重症患者实施临床护理干预的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of clinical nursing intervention on patients with severe neurosurgery

目的:探讨护理干预在神经外科重症患者临床护理中的应用情况。方法:选取医院收治120例神经外科重症患者,对这些患者进行护理干预实验,将患者平均分为两组,对其中一组进行具有针对性的护理干预,另一组实施常规性的护理,依据巴塞尔指数评分和运动功能评分指数对护理情况的满意度进行分析。结果:对神经外科重症患者进行临床护理干预取得了不错的成绩,提升了患者的生活能力和运动能力,有效地提升了护理满意程度。结论:实施临床护理干预能够有效的减轻神经外科重症患者的痛苦,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the application of nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of critically ill patients with neurosurgery.Methods:A total of 120 critically ill patients undergoing neurosurgery in hospital were selected.The patients were enrolled in the nursing intervention experiment,and the patients were equally divided into two groups.One group performed targeted nursing interventions and the other group performed routine care,and the satisfaction of nursing status was analyzed based on the Basel index score and the motor function score index.Results:Intervention of clinical nursing in critically ill patients with neurosurgery can improve the living ability and function of patients with severe neurosurgery,and effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing.Conclusion:clinical nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the pain of severe neurosurgical patients,is worthy of clinical promotion.
